Rent to Own
As a family, Hawk Portable Buildings is committed to working with you, whatever your financial circumstance may be. “Rent to Own” is a lease arrangement that allows the affordability of self-storage in the privacy and convenience of your own property.
Lease rates are comparable to commercial self-storage per square foot. Our Rent to Own program begins with a security deposit and the first month’s rent. This arrangement is a month-to-month contract. You may cancel to have the leased property picked up at any time. Most buildings are available for Rent to Own. Some finish out products may qualify, though we cannot Rent to Own any product intended for living quarters, commercial use, or sub-lease.
