We take great pride in using strict, consistent guidelines to ensure quality control. All buildings begin by choosing a model type that is further specified by your budget and needs. A building can be built for basic storage needs, or as a fully finished structure. Each building comes with a standard 52” custom door for easy access and workability.
- The 4×6 pressure treated skids are treated to repel harmful insects and include a lifetime warranty against rot and erosion.
- 2×6 floor joists are anchored securely to the skids and spaced 16” on center to provide maximum strength and support.
- Door and window headers prevent sagging while adding strength and stability to the frame.
- Hawk fastens 29 gauge steel siding, hardboard, masonite, or pressure treated exteriors with your choice in color, trim, and finish.
- Side walls are stud grade 2×4’s on 2’ centers fastened to top and bottom plate.
- Hawk uses top and bottom plates to offer greater stability as well as the opportunity for you to add finish work if desired.
- The ridge cap acts as a secondary barrier from wind, rain, and snow.
- Our roofs are constructed of 26 gauge commercial grade galvalume steel fastened by grommet screw. Composition roofing or custom selections are available.
- Corners are triple studded to ensure our buildings stay strong, transport well, and create an opportunity for you to add finish work to your building.
- Flooring is constructed of ¾ inch CDX decking for superior stability and protection from wear and tear.
